Sweet-Hot Clementine Sauce
A sauce made using a traditional candied clementine orange preserve with a touch of mustard for a distinctive spicy taste. Particularly good with sheep’s milk ricotta, mature ricotta and cow’s milk ricotta and cheeses in general.
